I spent almost a week in this hotel with my family. Everything was practically perfect. Close to everything important (10/15 metres on foot), rooms always cleaned every day, and the service/people always friendly. Thank you for the friendliness and the experience!

I visited for four days in February, paying 130 euros a night, and had an overall good experience. The location is a short-to-medium walk to all major tourist destinations in Rome with the exception of the Vatican, which is either a long walk or a short bus ride away. Interior appointments are all clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping. The bed is very firm, which I like, but I could see some people finding it too firm. The one bothersome aspect of the room was that it was very easy for water to splash out of the bathroom sink onto the floor. Breakfast is of middling quality, but acceptable for a complimentary breakfast.

The hotel is run by thieves if I were to put it politely. First upon check-out they refused to give permission to bring my car to the limited zone where the hotel is located to load my luggage. That resulted in me parking my rental car 30 minutes away from the hotel and taking a taxi to the car along with my luggage. More importantly the 30 minutes delay in check-out resulted in the receptionist should at my family at the top of his voice. I wish I had CCTV to share here of how he was acting. Most importantly the hotel overcharged me the city tax (charged me for two 6 year old children as well when they are not supposed to as per the law) by €45 and since then has not been replying to my messages to issue a refund of excess charge. The hotel is run by an unethical team of untrained staff who treat you like they are doing a favour to you to let you stay there on a paid stay. My recommendation - spend your Euros elsewhere. It’s a shame that Choice hotels still continue to allow this hotel to be on their portfolio.

This Hotel in not a 4 star and should be known as a 1 or 2 star hotel. Whatever good reviews that have been written about this hotel were paid for by the Hotel. Dank small rooms with a postage stamp old TV. My bed had no headboard because if it did we could not walk between the bed and the desk chair. It has no amenities which you would find in a 4 star hotel, such as business office, restaurant, fitnes room, etc.

What a great hotel! The staff, location and decor are fantastic. We were only minutes away from all the amazing attractions. The front of house staff were friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely stay here again.
